As part of our transformation, we are strengthening logistics organization in Poland and are looking for an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Manager Poland to lead this journey.

About the job

As Warehouse & Logistics Manager Poland, you will be responsible for leading all warehouse and internal logistics operations across our Polish sites. You will play a key role in ensuring our logistics organization is ready to support significant production growth by building efficient warehouse operations, optimizing material flow, and developing transportation capabilities. You will lead the Polish warehouse and logistics organization across two locations, Leszno and Nowa Sól, while working closely with local management, Group Logistics, cross-functional teams, and freight and logistics companies to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations.

Your role

As Warehouse & Logistics Manager, you will:

  • Lead and develop the warehouse and internal logistics organization across all Polish sites
  • Build a high-performing team focused on safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure efficient management of raw materials, packaging, work-in-progress, finished goods, and external warehouses
  • Optimize warehouse utilization, storage strategies, inventory accuracy, and material flow.
  • Develop standardized warehouse processes and support warehouse digitalization
  • Improve internal logistics by optimizing material movement, warehouse replenishment, milk-run routes, and reducing operational waste
  • Manage transportation performance, including intercompany transport, carrier cooperation, transport cost optimization, and KPI monitoring
  • Evaluate future warehouse capacity and support investments, warehouse expansion, automation, and new production line readiness
  • Drive Lean Logistics initiatives including 5S, Kaizen, Visual Management, Standard Work, Value Stream Mapping, and Root Cause Analysis
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, GMP requirements, warehouse audits, forklift safety, and contractor management
  • Collaborate closely with Production, Planning, Procurement, Engineering, Quality, Finance, Customer Service, and Group Logistics
  • Support strategic logistics projects, factory transfers and process standardization during Toms transformation.

About you

You don’t need to tick every box, but we imagine that you:

  • Have several years of leadership experience in internal warehouse and logistics management within a manufacturing environment
  • Have strong knowledge of warehouse operations, internal logistics, transportation, and inventory management
  • Have experience leading larger operational teams and developing people
  • Hands-on experience with SAP is a plus
  • Are familiar with Lean tools and continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Kaizen, 5S, Standard Work, or Value Stream Mapping
  • Have experience optimizing warehouse layouts, material flow, and logistics processes
  • Understand warehouse KPIs and use data to improve operational performance
  • Are comfortable working cross-functionally in an international organization and are willing to commute between the two locations to support both sites
  • Communicate confidently in both Polish and English.
