Turn strategic marketing technology themes into clear delivery outcomes that shape how customers interact with their banking. You will coordinate complex MarTech initiatives across teams while contributing to the transformation of digital customer experiences at Danske Bank.

What You Will Be Doing

Working within the Attract & Engage cluster of the Customer Engagement Individuals Tribe, you will collaborate with Cluster Leads, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams spanning the Nordics, Lithuania, and India. Your work centres on leveraging the Adobe Experience Platform to create personalised banking experiences through intelligent technology solutions.

• Support transformation of strategic MarTech themes into executable roadmaps and milestones
• Coordinate delivery alignment across clusters, tribes, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Partner with Product Owners to mature squad deliveries and roadmap planning
• Validate solution direction and contribute to requirement clarification processes Enable AI integration across development, planning, and operational workflows

About You

• Solid background in Marketing Technology with Adobe Experience Platform experience
• Experience with Adobe components like Journey Optimizer or Real Time Customer Data Platform and Customer Journey Analytics
• Ability to structure complex initiatives and translate ambitions into executable progress
• Strong stakeholder management skills with technical and business alignment capabilities
• Experienced user of AI capabilities with thoughtful application to planning and delivery
• Background in financial services or marketing agency environments
• Educational degree in Marketing, IT, Data Science or equivalent experience Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written

Experience with Marketing Technology in an omni-channel setup would be valuable additions to your profile.
