What You Will Do

You will:

  • Pickup the VSO’s that are ready for invoicing
  • Verify supporting document: SR, PO, customer#
  • Refer to Business Controller if margin % on the VSO is too low (against target)
  • Generate and post invoices in Navision
  • Send invoice according to customer requirements/arrangements (by email, upload in customer portal, hardcopy, …)

What does success look like?

As a successful Service Support Officer, the department will expect to see the invoicing to be completed per our standard KPIs, but by adding this additional role in Brazil, we will be seeing a reduction in past invoicing counts that will bring the team current.

Deliver Results

To make this happen, our candidate must have the following skillsets:

  • Proficiency in Excel, knowledge in Navision system will be an advantage
  • Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills with good command of written and spoken English
  • Good team player with good interpersonal communication skills
  • Self-starter and able to work within deadline

What You Bring

We are seeking dedicated candidates to the invoicing processes that finds success in achieving the target set by the team lead. Invoicing requires our candidate to focus on accuracy and clarity when posting the invoice to the clients portal.

Required

  • Minimum 5 years of billing experience
  • Experience dealing with overseas offices

Preferred

  • Maritime experience
