Your mission

We're looking for an experienced Creative Traffic Manager to support our Creative Team on a freelance basis for 24-32 hours per week.

In this role, you will be the central point of coordination for all incoming creative requests, ensuring projects are properly briefed, prioritized, assigned, and delivered efficiently. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business and partner with our creative team to balance workloads and keep projects moving forward.

This is initially a freelance assignment. However, there is potential for the role to transition into a permanent position within the team in 2027. We welcome applications from independent freelancers as well as proposals from agencies that can provide dedicated traffic management support.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the intake and coordination of all creative project requests.
  • Review and validate incoming briefs for completeness and quality.
  • Follow up with stakeholders to gather missing information and align expectations.
  • Clarify project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and priorities.
  • Assess creative team capacity and resource availability.
  • Plan, prioritize, and coordinate workloads across multiple projects.
  • Manage competing priorities and urgent business requests.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify bottlenecks.
  • Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the Creative Team.
  • Support continuous improvement of briefing, intake, and workflow processes.
  • Ensure projects move efficiently from request through delivery.

Your profile

  • Experience as a Traffic Manager, Creative Project Coordinator or similar role.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to challenge and guide stakeholders on timelines, scope, and requirements.
  • Highly organized with strong planning and coordination skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced marketing, creative, agency, or in-house creative environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Understanding of creative production workflows, including design, digital, campaign, content, and brand-related projects.
  • Experience working with creative teams and managing resource allocation.
