About the role

As our new Junior Graphic Designer, you will become an

important part of our Marketing & PR team, supporting

the development of visual content across Ferm Living’s

channels. Working closely with our Art Director, Assistant

Art Director and Digital Creative Designer, you will help

ensure that every visual touchpoint reflects the Ferm

Living universe and follows our brand guidelines.

Reporting to our Art Director, you will be involved in

creating and adapting graphic material across digital

platforms, printed materials, packaging and internal

brand assets – always with a focus on consistency

and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and adapt marketing material for B2B, including POS material, product overviews, product

fact sheets, fabric overviews, news catalogues and

other digital assets

  • Support the creation and finalisation of graphic

material across Ferm Living’s digital and physical

channels

  • Proofread packaging and assembly manuals
  • Creation and maintenance of line artwork
  • Manage and maintain our wholesale and press

image bank

  • Support packshot productions and content handling including image sizing, naming and

organisation of packshot and campaign assets

  • Assist with content creation for paid campaigns,

social media templates, press releases and other ad

hoc graphic tasks

  • Contribute to improving workflows and exploring

how AI tools can efficiently support internal

processes

What we’re looking for

You are a strong graphic designer with meticulous

attention to detail. You take pride in delivering high-

quality work and enjoy refining layouts, revieweing details

and ensuring that every element feels considered before

it is published or sent to print. You know how to stay

organised, even when working across multiple projects or

with short deadlines.

You are open, have a positive mindset and enjoy working

in a team, contributing with good and supportive energy.

We imagine that you have:

  • An education as a Graphic Designer / Mediegrafiker

(DK) or similar

  • Highly experienced in InDesign, Photoshop,

Illustrator and Figma

  • A structured, organised and detail-oriented

approach to your work

  • An interest in using AI tools to improve workflows

and explore new creative opportunities

  • An interest in design, interiors, visual
