We’re looking for enthusiastic, customer focused team members to join our fast paced Irish bar. If you’re from the UK or Ireland and looking for work on the Costa del Sol, we’d love to hear from you. English is our primary language, so confident English speakers who enjoy working in a lively hospitality environment are encouraged to apply.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and welcoming guests with a warm, friendly attitude.
• Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serving food and drinks, including carrying trays safely and confidently.
• Ensuring guests have an excellent experience from arrival to departure.
• Keeping tables clean, organised, and ready for new customers.
• Assisting behind the bar when required and working closely with the rest of the team.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the venue.
• Staying calm and positive during busy sporting events and peak service times.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Be energetic, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
• Enjoy working as part of a team.
• Have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential, as full training can be provided for the right person.
