Food & Beverage Supervisor - AC Hotel Bella Sky

9. september 2026 - 9. oktober 2026 Are you passionate about food and beverages, guest service, and team development? AC Hotel Bella Sky Copenhagen is looking for a motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to support daily operations and create great guest experiences.

Your role

You will help lead the daily operation across our breakfast restaurant, conference lunches, group dining, and meeting rooms, ensuring smooth service and high standards.

You will support, train, and motivate the team, helping colleagues grow while ensuring excellent guest experiences, efficient workflows, compliance with Marriott brand standards and health and safety standards.

You will bring

• Experience of food and beverage operations, preferably from a hotel or conference environment
• A service-minded approach and the ability to engage and develop colleagues
• Strong communication skills and a positive, hands-on mindset
