What this site is
EnglishWillDo collects newly posted job listings from public job boards, keeps the ones written in English, and links each one out to the employer, or to the job board when that is the only link there is. It is a search and filtering layer over listings that already exist elsewhere. Applications always happen off this site, and this side does not offer recruitment nor staffing services. Employers and recruiters cannot buy a posting, a promoted position or an advert here.
Your privacy
You can search and read every listing without signing in. Browsing sets no cookies, and searches are collected anonymously to help improve the service. The filters you choose are kept in the page address so a search can be shared or bookmarked.
Privacy-friendly analytics are used to understand how the site is used and improve it. Only basic, anonymous usage data is collected, such as which pages are visited, which features are used, and anonymized search queries. No cookies are set. Your IP address may be processed temporarily to determine your country and is then discarded. Users are not tracked across websites.
Signing in
Receiving alerts requires an account and a single cookie to keep your sign-in status alive. Authentication is delegated to Google, so this site never sees your password. What an account stores is the address the alerts are sent to, your Google account identifier, the searches you have saved, which listings you have saved for later, and, if you subscribe, the billing details listed below.
The alert emails
Emails are only ever sent because you asked for them. You create the saved search yourself on your account page and you choose which days it arrives, and it goes only to the address on your own account. No job emails, and no marketing, are sent to anyone who has not set up a search.
Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link in its footer, which needs no sign-in. You can also pause one search, or every email at once, from your account page. Your address is never sold or shared, and it is not used for anything other than the alerts you asked for.
Paying
The Pro plan is sold through a payment provider acting as merchant of record. The payment form is theirs, and what you type into it goes directly to them, meaning no card details are stored here. Your name, billing address and VAT status are held by them, and the invoice for every payment lives in their billing portal, which you reach from your account page.
What is stored here is only what the account page has to show you: the provider’s customer and subscription identifiers, whether the subscription is active, which plan was bought, and the date it renews or ends.
Cancelling and refunds
Within 14 days of a payment, email hello@englishwilldo.com and it will be refunded in full.
Cancelling is possible any time in the billing portal, linked from your account page. Pro keeps running until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then the account goes back to the free plan. That remainder is not pro-rated and not refunded.
Saved searches are never deleted by a cancellation: the ones over the free limit are paused and start again if you subscribe again.
Who holds your data
These companies hold your data on behalf of this site. There are no advertising networks, trackers, or data brokers.

Deleting your account
Your account page has a delete button. It removes your saved searches, your sign-in and your email address, and the emails stop immediately.
One thing cannot be removed: if you have ever paid, the payment provider keeps the payment record, because tax law requires them to hold it for several years.
While a subscription can still take a payment, deletion is not allowed. Cancel it in the billing portal first to allow deletion. A subscription already set to end does not block anything.
If you only want the emails to stop, pausing your alerts does that and keeps your saved searches. You can also ask by email to have your account deleted, or to receive a copy of the data held about you.
Removing a listing
Every listing links out to the employer or the job board, and comes off this site automatically 30 days after it was posted. If you are an employer, or you spot a listing that is wrong or should not be here, email hello@englishwilldo.com and it will be taken down.
