In this role, you'll lead and support a team of skilled e-bike mechanics, ensuring high-quality refurbishment and repair standards while driving operational efficiency. Your Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of e-bike mechanics, fostering continuous learning and high performance.
• Serve as the technical expert for complex diagnostics, repairs, and troubleshooting.
• Oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and timely completion of work.
• Maintain strict quality standards, ensuring every refurbished e-bike is ready for customers.
• Identify process improvements to optimize workflow and enhance overall performance.
• Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, and other internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Promote a safe, organized workplace by ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures.

Your Profile

• 5+ years of hands-on experience repairing and servicing e-bikes.
• Previous experience leading or supervising a technical team.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills across various e-bike brands and models.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Passion for sustainable mobility and delivering high-quality work.
• Basic computer skills (Email, MS Office).
• Good English skills (German is an advantage).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment.
