About the job
The Trials Manager leads end-to-end product testing and validation across closed testing communities. In this role, you will ensure innovative products strictly align with quality standards and user expectations, drive the collection of actionable real-world performance metrics, and deliver critical insights to development teams to determine product readiness for mass production and market release.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Communicate with the innovative product tester community
- Assist with product testing within the tester community
- Create project documentation and user documentation for product testing
- Report feedback from product testing participants
- Participate in project meetings to discuss task progress
- Optimize testing scenarios for execution by the tester community
- Follow data management policies and data security standards
Qualifications and Skills
- Advanced level of English
- 3+ years of experience in program or project management, specifically in product validation or testing lifecycles
- Proven ability to manage feedback loops and communicate effectively with user or tester communities
- Advanced knowledge of reporting and analytics tools: Jira, Confluence, Google Sheets, and Excel
- Deep understanding of product launch stages from prototype to mass production
- Effective communication, proactivity, accountability for results, and strong teamwork skills
- Excellent planning, priority management, and decision-making abilities
Nice to have
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Electronics, Business Administration, or Operations Management
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
- 3+ years in a similar role in consumer electronics, smart home, or subscription services
- Hands-on experience implementing projects into production (electronics or similar)
- Practical experience with Agile/Scrum or other adaptive project management methodologies
