Capitole Consulting keeps growing and we want to do it with you! Are you a passionate Business Analyst with experience in Overhead Controlling? We have an exciting opportunity to support governance and transformation initiatives in an international Finance environment. The role focuses on project coordination, stakeholder management, organizational governance and process improvement across Finance, Controlling, HR and IT. RESPONSABILITIES: * Support the planning and coordination of transformation and implementation projects. * Prepare governance meetings, steering committees and management reporting. * Monitor project roadmaps, milestones, risks and dependencies. * Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across HR, Finance, Controlling and IT. * Organize workshops, document decisions and follow up on action plans. * Support business process analysis and continuous improvement initiatives REQUIREMENTS: * Several years of experience in PMO, Project Coordination, Governance or Transformation roles. * Experience coordinating cross-functional projects involving Finance, HR, IT and business teams. * Strong knowledge of project planning, reporting, risk management and stakeholder management. * Good understanding of Finance and Controlling, ideally including Overhead Controlling. * Experience working with ERP environments and project management tools (Jira, Confluence or Azure DevOps). * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. * Strong communication, organization and analytical skills. NICE TO HAVE: * Experience working in SAFe / Agile environments. * Knowledge of BI and reporting tools (MS Fabric, SAP BW). * Understanding of data governance and finance analytics. * Experience in multinational or large enterprise environments.
