Location: Calle Trinidad Grund, 37 1-D 29001 Malaga
14:15 h – 22:15 h (CET)
Full-time | 39 hrs/week
Salary: 24K-30K/yearly (Based in experience)
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our multicultural team and oversee our financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective budget management, cash flow oversight, and compliance while supporting management with financial insights and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoices, and reconciliations.
- Prepare and review monthly and annual financial reports.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and financial planning.
- Monitor financial performance and identify variances, risks, and opportunities.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll and payment processes.
- Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, banks, and other financial partners.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting, tax, and financial regulations.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
Management & Support
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management to support business decisions.
- Develop and improve financial processes, controls, and reporting procedures.
- Support management with financial planning and business growth initiatives.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of financial and company information.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Financial Management, or a similar role.
- Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting/financial software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar platforms.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.
- Leadership: Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Confidentiality: High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive financial information.
