Then come and join our global team as Senior IT Consultant (f/m/d) SAP Finance and Controlling.

As a Senior Consultant in our department, you will work closely with a highly qualified team of SAP consultants and specialists. In this role, you will design and implement changes and projects, manage the performance of external service providers, support daily operations, and contribute to ongoing country roll-outs.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You will work closely with all IT SAP Sales and Service DX application and functional leads, the DX System Owner, the DX Template Governance team, and DX Business to develop and consult on solutions for new requirements, changes, and projects.
• Furthermore, you will be responsible for executing strong SAP DX Solution Architecture Governance, actively shaping our future DX system landscape.
• You will manage stakeholders and projects, including planning and risk mitigation.
• You will ensure that the external service providers within your area of responsibility deliver the agreed performance by measuring and tracking KPIs.
• You will also ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements as well as company and industry standards (e.g. IFRS 15, ASC 606).
• You will monitor innovations in the field of accounting and assess their applicability and relevance for Siemens Healthineers (e.g. performance and process optimization).
• You will be responsible for operations (support, changes, escalations, demand management) for productive countries within the Sales and Service environment.
• You will drive the continuous harmonization and standardization of business processes across countries and regions, while balancing legal, regulatory, and local business requirements.

Your qualifications and experience:

• You hold a degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a comparable field. Relevant SAP certifications are considered an advantage.
• You bring many years of professional experience in the IT sector with a focus on SAP, for example as an SAP Consultant.
• You have in-depth expertise in S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), e-invoicing via SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC), as well as SAP FI and CO modules.
• You also have experience in IT project management.
• You possess very strong knowledge of IT Service Management, particularly ITIL V3/V4, as well as IT Quality & Compliance.
• You are familiar with ISO 9001/27001 and the regulatory requirements for non-product software in a globally operating healthcare company.
• You have experience in managing external service providers and partners.
• If you already have extensive, long-term professional experience and additional qualifications in this field but do not hold a university degree, we would also be pleased to receive your application.

• As you will be working with different divisions, functions, and regions, you are fluent in written and spoken English.
• You have strong change management and project management skills and are able to effectively manage multiple projects, tasks, and support requests.
• Personally, you stand out with excellent communication and presentation skills as well as strong consulting expertise.
• International business trips (approx. 5–10%) are a welcome change for you to visit local key users or support SAP operational activities.
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to collaborate effectively with senior management complete your profile.
