Required certificate:

At least following certification is required:

• [mid-level AWS/Azure/Google Cloud certification or an equivalent alternative certification recognized internationally (subject to acceptance as a valid credential by the Contracting Authority).

Knowledge and skills:

• Technical knowledge of one or more enterprise Cloud technology services: Azure/AWS/Google Cloud (Identity, Networking, Compute, Storage, Web, Mobile, Containers, Databases, Analytics, AI & Machine learning)
• Experience in building a range of Cloud services including compute, storage, network
• Excellent scripting skills and programming experience in the following languages: PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible, Go, Bash, Windows command prompt and object oriented programming languages
• Demonstrable experience of Linux administration and scripting (Preferably Red Hat)
• Basic knowledge in administering Microsoft systems
• Deep knowledge of DevOps principles and Infrastructure-as-a-Service concepts and techniques
• Knowledge of Cloud security and compliance (e.g., Cloud compliance/auditing/monitoring tools)
• Experience in collaborating with multiple support groups
• Experience with ticketing systems and ITIL based change management, configuration management and release management processes
• Good organizational and prioritizing skills
• A proactive attitude, team-work spirit, being self-motivated with a strong user orientation
• Good communication skills
• Able to cope with fast changing technologies

• Hashicorp Certified: Terraform Associate
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate Az-500
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solution Architect Expert Az-305
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate Az-104
• Excellent knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure and Platform Engineering
• Excellent knowledge of Operations and Platform Maintenance
• Excellent knowledge of Process Automation

Typical tasks and responsibilities:

• Administering and monitoring of enterprise Cloud environments (including subscriptions, identities, resource management, automation of processes and tasks)
• Monitoring and reporting on resource utilization and consumption related to the Cloud
• Preparing, updating and maintaining reports and workflows
• Preparing, updating and maintaining policies, guidelines and SOPs
• Provisioning and de-provisioning of development environments and DevOps projects
• Providing 2nd line support to Frontex application development teams in regards of Cloud Services and coordinating with 3rd line of support
• Participating in coordination and project meetings
• Performing other specific duties as assigned by supervisors
