We’re looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team and take ownership of the daily operation. You’ll be responsible for the floor and bar, working closely with our Head Chef to make sure the entire restaurant runs smoothly, from opening through to closing.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being on the floor, leading a team and making sure guests have a great experience.
What You’ll Do
- Take responsibility for the daily operation of the floor and bar
- Lead, motivate and support the team during service
- Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure smooth communication between front and back of house
- Keep an eye on service, quality, guest experience and overall standards
- Handle guest questions, feedback and any issues that arise
- Manage opening and closing procedures
- Support staff scheduling, training and day-to-day organisation
- Monitor stock and ensure the bar and floor are well prepared for service
- Make sure hygiene, HACCP and safety standards are followed
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing a restaurant or café in the Netherlands
- Confident leading a team in a busy hospitality environment
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Comfortable taking responsibility and making decisions independently
- Hands-on, positive and solution-focused
- Good understanding of both floor and bar operations
- Fluent in English; Dutch or Spanish is a plus
- Flexible and available to work evenings and weekends
