Group Accounting & Finance Transformation Specialist (Part-Time - 25 hours/week)

YOUR TASKS

• Takeover of Group Accounting activities, financial reporting, and consolidation-related processes
• Month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities at Group level
• Actively support the harmonization and continuous improvement of accounting, reporting, and finance processes across the Group
• Takeover and lead finance transformation initiatives from a Group Accounting perspective
• Takeover ownership of defined business processes in SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, and optimization projects
• Active role in internal and external audits as well as continuous improvement initiatives
• Proactive collaboration with international stakeholders to increase efficiency and process effectiveness

YOUR PROFILE

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in Group Accounting, Financial Accounting, Financial Reporting, Controlling, or Finance Transformation
• Solid understanding of financial accounting, consolidation, reporting, and closing processes
• Familiarity with international manufacturing environments is considered a plus
• Proficiency in SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4HANA
• A background in finance transformation, end-to-end process optimization, or system implementation projects is highly desirable
• Advanced MS Excel skills, complemented by knowledge of reporting and analytics solutions such as SAC or Power BI, are an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Team player with structured, proactive, and hands-on working style
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively within cross-functional and international teams
• Fluent English - German is an advantage
• Willingness to travel internationally

• The salary package is based on your qualifications and professional experience and will be defined in a personal discussion. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is EUR 2.520,56 (for 25 Hours per week) – with willingness to overpay depending on the individual qualification profile.
