Role Summary
As EPR Administrator (EMEA) you will coordinate all EPR reporting activities across the region through partnership with an external service provider.
You will act as the operational link between Nilfisik Group, EMEA region, local country teams, and our External partner.
This role ensures Nilfisk meets its legal obligations for WEEE, batteries, and packaging reporting while supporting risk reduction and
improved governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and coordinate all EPR reporting across EMEA markets
- Maintain producer registrations, reporting calendars, and fee structures
- Validate and consolidate reporting data before submission
- Ensure correct classifications (WEEE, batteries, packaging)
- Provide structured regulatory updates from External partner to countries
- Support country teams with audits and interaction with authorities
- Escalate non-compliance (registration, reporting, audit findings) to the relevant country manager who is accountable for the country
Profile Requirements
You have experience in compliance, regulatory reporting, sustainability. operations, or similar coordination-heavy roles.
You have a strong analytical ability and data accuracy.
You are a structured communicator with experience engaging multiple stakeholders.
You are fluent in English; additional EMEA languages are an advantage.
