About the role
As our Workplace Communications Manager, you'll lead colleague-facing communication across LEGO® workplaces globally for a 10-month maternity cover. This role combines strategic communication planning with hands-on delivery, ensuring colleagues experience consistent, engaging, and trusted workplace communication across a global workplace portfolio. You'll have the opportunity to shape colleague engagement, and organizational communication on a broad scale.
Required Qualifications

- Led end-to-end communication plans across multiple project phases.
- Built communication toolkits, content frameworks, templates, or guidelines for broad organizational use.
- Managed cross-functional stakeholder relationships across geographically dispersed teams.
- Advised senior stakeholders and teams on communication approaches and engagement strategies.
- Confidently presented communication plans, updates, and recommendations to large and senior audiences, demonstrating strong verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications

- Supported workplace, real estate, or facilities-related projects through effective communications.
What you'll build

- Create consistency in workplace communications across multiple locations.
- Support globally distributed teams with communication strategies and practical guidance.
- Strengthen colleague understanding and engagement during workplace initiatives and changes.
- Improve adoption and use of communication toolkits, templates, and resources.
- Establish scalable workplace communication practices that can be used across teams globally.
If you've worked in a role where you developed and executed engaging communication plans across multiple project stages, supported diverse stakeholders, and created tools that enabled others to communicate effectively, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is your ability to turn complex initiatives into clear, useful communication that people can trust and use.
Life on the team
You'll join the Workplace Innovation & Engagement team within Workplace Experience, part of People, Places & Culture. The team drives innovation and engagement across the global workplace portfolio, helping colleagues get the most from their workplace experience. We collaborate globally, work closely with local workplace teams, and share knowledge openly across geographies. You'll be part of a hybrid rhythm built on partnership, strong collaboration, thoughtful communication, and a mindset that looks for new ways to improve how workplace communication is delivered.
What success looks like
Success means becoming a trusted communications advisor for Workplace Operations & Experience teams while delivering communication plans and execution that support workplace projects from start to finish. You'll help teams navigate workplace changes, build confidence in communication practices, and create greater consistency across locations. Over the next 10 months, you'll contribute to workplace innovation initiatives, workplace transformation projects, enhanced communication methods and tools. You'll work closely with Workplace Operations & Experience teams, Workplace Innovation & Engagement colleagues, senior leaders, sponsors, cross-functional project teams, and local workplace teams around the world.
