About the role
As Contract Manager, you'll be responsible for the operational execution and coordination of procurement contracts within Refresco's global Juices category. Working closely with buyers, suppliers, logistics partners, warehouses, and Refresco manufacturing sites, you'll ensure contracts are executed efficiently: from purchase through to delivery.
This is a varied role where you will combine contract management, supply chain coordination, data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration. You will monitor stock levels, manage deliveries, coordinate shipments, and support buyers with valuable insights to help ensure product availability while optimizing inventory and contract performance.
You will become part of an international procurement team that plays a vital role in sourcing one of Refresco's most important raw material categories. Together, you will contribute to delivering operational excellence while continuously improving the way we work.
Your role is built around four core responsibilities: contract management, supply chain coordination, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement.
What you will be doing

Independently analyse BU forecasts, stock levels, and contract positions to determine monthly coverage for assigned sub-categories.

.Validate and challenge internal and external data to ensure accurate analysis, reporting, and decision-making.

Proactively communicate monthly coverage, supply risks, and potential contract renewals to buyers and management.

Optimize contracts and stock positions by advancing, delaying, or cancelling shipments to meet demand and inventory-value and operating-cash-flow targets.

Recommend contract and shipment adjustments to buyers to mitigate risks, optimize costs, and ensure efficient contract execution.

Collaborate with local and regional procurement, logistics, legal, finance, and operations teams to align procurement activities with business objectives.

Identify and lead process-improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency within assigned sub-categories.

Support buyers with purchasing activities, including sourcing, tendering, forecasting, stock management, and shipment scheduling.

Act as a procurement key user in relevant projects and support the successful implementation of new processes and systems.

Manage contracts, orders, shipments, documentation, quality requirements, and related invoices accurately and on time. What you will bring

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

Experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, Customer Service, or a similar coordinating role, preferably within an international or FMCG environment.

Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.

Strong analytical skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Experience working with forecasts, inventory management, contracts, or order processing is an advantage.

Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across international teams.

A proactive, accurate, and solution-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.

Fluent in English; an additional European language is an advantage.
