As part of our continued growth, we're expanding our pharmacy in Enschede, the Netherlands, and are looking for a Pharmacy Assistant (Apothekersassistent) to join our team.

What You'll Do
As a Pharmacy Assistant, you'll play an important role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the pharmacy while supporting our pharmacist in delivering safe, high-quality pharmaceutical care.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting prescription processing and medication dispensing
- Assisting our pharmacist with daily pharmacy operations
- Preparing, organizing, and labeling medications
- Supporting inventory management and stock control
- Maintaining accurate pharmacy records and documentation
- Ensuring compliance with Dutch pharmacy regulations and internal quality procedures
- Collaborating closely with the pharmacist and other team members
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of pharmacy workflows and operational efficiency
What We're Looking For
- Diploma as a Pharmacy Assistant (Apothekersassistent)
- Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work accurately in a regulated healthcare environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Customer-focused and proactive mindset
- Proficiency in English
- Dutch communication skills are an advantage
- Experience with AIS SmartMed is a plus, but not required — the system is user-friendly and easy to learn.
