Student Worker - Legal
Podimo · Copenhagen, Denmark
You apply off-site, with the employer or the job board. I never handle applications.
We’re one of Europe’s fastest-growing podcast and audiobook platforms, and we’re now looking for a Student Worker (stud.jur) to support our brilliant Legal team.
This is the role
Our Legal team is looking for a curious, dependable Student Worker to help keep our legal work moving across a fast-growing media business. You’ll work closely with our 5 in-house lawyers as part of the Podimo Global Legal team, providing hands-on support across contracts, compliance, and the day-to-day legal questions that come with running a podcast and audiobook platform across multiple markets and jurisdictions.
It’s a hands-on role with real responsibility, the kind of work that sharpens your commercial judgement and gives you a proper look at how a legal team keeps a fast-growing company on track. You’ll get exposure to a broad mix of work, from creator and content agreements to data protection, corporate housekeeping and everything in between.
The role is based at our Copenhagen headquarters in Vesterbro. We expect that you can work two days a week (15-20 hours).
Your main responsibilities in the role
- Contract Support: Helping to prepare, review and organise commercial contracts, including creator, content and supplier agreements.
- Legal Research: Carrying out research on legal questions across the markets we operate in and summarising it in a clear, usable way.
- Compliance & Data Protection: Supporting our ongoing compliance work, including data protection, record-keeping and internal policies.
- Ad hoc: Supporting innovation through AI and automation, as well as ad hoc projects across the team.
- Legal Administration: Managing document workflows, signatures, templates and our contract records so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Team Support: Being a reliable extra pair of hands for the Legal team on whatever comes up, week to week.
This is you
You’re a motivated student who learns fast and wants to grow from being part of a great Legal team. You’re a genuine team player who’d rather solve things together than alone. We’d love to hear from you if:
- You’re currently studying Law (stud.jur). We imagine you are in your 3-4th year of studies.
- You’re highly reliable, with the kind of attention to detail that keeps quality high even when things move quickly.
- You’re motivated and at your best when solving challenges.
- You’re comfortable juggling several tasks at once and working to deadlines.
- You’re fluent in English.
We would love to hear from you
The preferred start date for the role is on or around October 1 2026. If you match the profile above, please send your application, CV, and academic transcripts as soon as possible, as we conduct interviews on a rolling basis. We are looking forward to hearing from you!
