Process Operator – 3-Shift System

As a Process Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring a highly automated freezing line. Fresh mushrooms are processed into frozen end products at high capacity. Together with your colleagues, you make sure production orders are completed according to planning and guidelines.

You will carefully monitor the equipment and its settings to keep the production process running smoothly and achieve the required output. You will also perform general maintenance, such as cleaning machines, troubleshooting minor issues and carrying out small repairs.

In addition, you will dose additives according to established specifications, take samples for analysis and make sure the production and packaging areas remain clean and hygienic.

Responsibilities

• Operating and monitoring the automated freezing line
• Monitoring equipment settings and the production process
• Making sure production orders are completed according to planning and guidelines
• Cleaning machines and performing general maintenance
• Troubleshooting minor issues and carrying out small repairs
• Dosing additives according to established specifications
• Taking samples for analysis
• Maintaining hygiene, order and cleanliness around the production and packaging lines
• Identifying complaints, unwanted situations and opportunities for improvement
• Reporting issues and improvement opportunities to the team leader
• Following food safety standards to maintain product quality

About the role

You will work in a food production environment where technology, quality and food safety play an important role.

You will work full-time in a 3-shift system:

• 05:00 – 13:00: paid at 112.5%
• 13:00 – 21:00: paid at 112.5%
• 21:00 – 05:00: paid at 130%

You will work 8-hour shifts with scheduled breaks. The role combines operating the production line with technical, maintenance and quality-related tasks.

• You have experience as a Process Operator in the food industry
• You have knowledge of food safety standards such as HACCP
• You have a strong interest in technology and production processes
• You are willing to work in a 3-shift system
• You can work independently as well as part of a team
• You have a good command of English

• You work accurately and responsibly

• A gross hourly wage of €15.47, excluding shift allowance
  • Shift payments depending on your working hours:
  • 05:00 – 13:00: paid at 112.5%
  • 13:00 – 21:00: paid at 112.5%
