Operator Barturning/Milling (m/f/d) with Career Advancement Opportunities to Supervisor
Your Responsibilities:
- Independently setting up, preparing, operating, and programming CNC barturnig and milling machines
- Manufacturing precision components according to drawings and work plans
- Conducting dimensional and quality inspections as well as test runs
- Documenting order data and monitoring the manufacturing process
- Optimizing manufacturing processes and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
- Performing preventive maintenance on machines and equipment
Your Profile:
- Completed vocational training as a machining technician or comparable technical-industrial training
- Ideally, completed advanced training to become an industrial foreman (m/f/d)
- Experience in CNC machining or the metalworking industry
- Proficiency in working with technical drawings and measuring equipment
- Flexibility and willingness to work in a 3-shift system
- Quality awareness and an independent, structured approach to work
- Ability to work in a team, commitment, and a sense of responsibility
