- 10 years of experience in product design or UX.

Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in product design or UX.
- Experience partnering with UXR to amplify research and impact product.
- Experience working in identity, authentication, safety, and first-party (1P) + third-party (3P) products.
- Ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries to advocate a user-centered product development approach.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate positions, and respectfully test partners and stakeholders with new product design thinking.

- Combine product design strategy, compelling narratives, expert craft, and scaled leadership to improve the products and experiences of billions of Google users around the world.
- Provide thought leadership to advocate a strong product design point of view for cross-product partners and executive leadership; set the standard for User Experience (UX) design practices.
- Harmonize the work of UX Designers, Researchers, Content Strategists, UX Engineers, and other UX disciplines, while working closely with our Engineering, Product Management, and Program Management cross-functional leads. Drive UX team objectives and create experiences for our business, products, and users.
- Work closely with executive leaders, domain experts, and key cross-product area partners to frame product and experience opportunities. Develop representative designs and narratives, and work to blend the best of our technologies with the best of Google to inspire future bets.
