Get ready to make a real impact in a certified B Corp as our new Retail Support & Operations Intern.
This position is full-time and available ASAP at our HQ in Amsterdam for a period of 6 months!
You’ll be…
- Handle Retail Support tickets, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Produce and maintain operational reports, focusing on ticket resolution efficiency and knowledge-base training for store teams.
- Coordinate all Visual Merchandising asset requests, distribution, and tracking.
- Manage store supplies, including oversight of the automation project aimed at streamlining replenishment.
- Optimize Back-of-House layouts across stores, including one on-site store visit per week to assess and improve operational flow.

- Are working in a retail store and interested in experiencing it from a different perspective or studying/ recently graduated from Business, Retail Management, Hotel Management or other related fields
- Are a team player with excellent communication skills
- Are highly organized
- Are resourceful and able to take initiative
- Are positive and have a hands-on mentality
- Have a natural feel for the Ace & Tate brand and target customer
