Role:
This position focuses on supporting the 3M/Solventum account's car fleet management across EMEA. The role ensures smooth operation of fleet-related processes through approving payments for fleet services, managing payroll-related deductions & preparing and submitting various reports. The position requires close collaboration with EMEA Fleet Coordinators, EMEA Fleet Management Lead, Accounts Payable team, car providers, and key client stakeholders to resolve queries and ensure all processes meet client requirements.
Responsibilities:
Payment Process Management – assuring payments confirmation, tracking payment history, contact with local AP and finance teams to remedy issues
Fleet Financial and Procurement Management - Creation and management of Purchase Orders (PO), including annual budget planning.
Payroll Integration - Facilitate car fleet related payroll deductions process
SLAN Reporting - SLAN reporting submission in a timely manner, assuring correct format and requirements updates
Fleet Status Monitoring - Reporting up-to date local car fleet status, facilitate remedying local fleet issues when needed
Analytics & Reporting - Standard and ad – hoc reports and analysis preparation. Outputs visualizations for both JLL teams and external Clients.
Stakeholder Communication - Acting as a point of contact for internal & external stakeholders.
Communication with respective regions and service lines, client teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferable in Finance / Economics / Management / Real Estate.
1+ years of relevant business environment experience.
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel - advanced formulas and PivotTable, Power Point).
SAP Knowledge – nice to have
Fluent spoken and written Business English (enabling conference calls active attendance).
Ability to see through data and translate it into understandable outputs (e-mails, PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, Excel spreadsheets).
Curious, open – minded, logical thinker, and willing to develop and challenge status quo.
