Job Description

Your Tasks:

• Provide a warm, professional welcome and ensure guests feel valued throughout their dining experience
• Offer expert recommendations on menu items, wine pairings, and specialities
• Anticipate guest needs and personalise service to exceed expectations
• Set up and maintain the station according to hotel standards
• Coordinate with Commis and Demi Chef de Rang to ensure smooth service flow
• Take orders accurately and communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar
• Collaborate with kitchen and sommelier teams to ensure seamless service flow

Your Profile:

• Previous experience in a similar role within a 5-star or luxury hospitality environment
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong team spirit and positive, professional attitude

The minimum gross wage under the collective agreement for the hotel and hospitality sector is €2,263 based on full-time employment. In practice, a higher wage in line with market rates is paid for this role, depending on your qualifications and professional experience.
