The BIM MEP team at Arup consists of committed, dynamic and enthusiastic people. Within the team, we support the delivery of building projects in Poland and internationally. We actively collaborate with Arup offices outside Poland. The extensive experience gained while delivering projects in international markets enables us to work in accordance with different standards and regulations, depending on the region and client requirements.

As a Senior BIM Coordinator at Arup, you will:
- Support the project team in BIM and modelling activities.
- Prepare and manage BIM models.
- Check projects for compliance with BIM requirements.
- Coordinate projects using BIM tools.
- Prepare clash reports.
- Manage the CDE platform.
- Work with the BIM Manager to prepare BIM standards and documentation.
- Investigate and develop more efficient ways of working through use of existing tools and automation.
- Support virtual design reviews (drive models / take notes / drive implementation of actions specific to disciplines).
Does this role inspire you?
We're looking for someone who is passionate about sustainable building design. These are the essential skills and qualifications for the position:
- 5-6 years of experience in structural and/or MEP projects, contributing to more complex projects and demonstrating competence in both technical drawing production and BIM modelling.
- Very good knowledge of Revit.
- The ability to solve technical problems.
- ASMEP Engineering.
- BIM & Information Management, or another related qualification.
- Experience working with CDE platforms.
We also value:
- Interest in BIM technology.
- Knowledge of Navisworks, Solibri.
- Programming skills using Python, Dynamo or Rhino.
- Knowledge of building services disciplines, such as mechanical, electrical or public health systems.
