We are a growing holiday rental management company, managing a portfolio of properties across the Costa del Sol.
As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and highly personable Property & Owner Success Manager to join our team.
This is a newly created role and will be an important position within the company. You will be at the heart of the relationship between our property owners, guests and internal team, helping to ensure that our properties are successfully onboarded, positioned and marketed, while delivering an exceptional experience for both owners and guests.
This is a varied role that will suit someone who enjoys working with people, has excellent attention to detail, is commercially aware and is comfortable taking responsibility and working independently.
The Role
As Property & Owner Success Manager, you will take responsibility for the successful onboarding and ongoing relationship management of our properties and owners, while also playing a key role in maintaining and improving guest satisfaction.
You will be the person who makes sure that new properties are introduced to our business smoothly, that they are positioned correctly within the holiday rental market, and that they are presented and marketed to their full potential.
At the same time, you will champion the guest experience, monitoring feedback and satisfaction and working with the wider team to ensure our guests receive the high standard of service we aim to provide.
Key ResponsibilitiesOwner Relationships & Satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with property owners.
- Act as a key point of contact for owners throughout their relationship with the company.
- Ensure owners are kept informed, supported and confident in the service we provide.
- Respond to owner queries and requests promptly and professionally.
- Understand each owner's individual expectations, priorities and objectives.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the owner experience.
- Gather and respond to owner feedback.
- Develop long-term relationships based on trust, communication and excellent service.
- Communicate property performance, relevant updates and opportunities to owners where appropriate.
New Property Onboarding
- Manage the onboarding process for new properties from initial sign-up through to launch.
- Coordinate with owners and the wider team to ensure all property information and requirements are completed.
- Arrange and coordinate property photography, access, keys, property information and other launch requirements.
- Ensure property listings and information are accurate and complete before going live.
- Make sure each property is fully prepared and presented to the required standard.
- Identify improvements or opportunities that could increase a property's appeal and commercial potential.
- Manage onboarding timelines and ensure new properties launch efficiently and professionally.
Property Positioning & Marketing
- Develop a strong understanding of each property's unique selling points and target guest.
- Assess how each property should be positioned within the local holiday rental market.
- Identify what makes each property stand out from its competitors.
- Ensure property descriptions, photography and marketing accurately reflect the property's strengths.
- Work with the wider team to create compelling property listings and marketing content.
- Ensure properties are consistently presented across relevant booking and marketing channels.
- Identify opportunities to improve the presentation, appeal and performance of individual properties.
- Keep property information, descriptions and marketing content accurate and up to date.
Guest Experience & Satisfaction
- Take an active role in ensuring an excellent guest experience across our portfolio.
- Monitor guest feedback, reviews and satisfaction levels.
- Identify recurring issues, trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with the wider team to resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally.
- Ensure guest expectations are accurately set through property descriptions, photography, communication and pre-arrival information.
- Proactively identify ways to improve the guest journey from booking through to departure.
- Monitor guest reviews and use feedback to help improve our properties and service.
- Work with owners and the wider team to address issues that may negatively impact guest satisfaction.
- Help ensure that each property consistently delivers the experience promised to guests.
- Champion high standards of hospitality across the portfolio.
Communication & Coordination
- Communicate effectively with owners, guests, colleagues, contractors and external suppliers.
- Coordinate multiple activities and priorities across different properties.
- Ensure important information is communicated clearly and promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and property information.
- Work collaboratively with the wider team while also being comfortable working independently.
- Be proactive in identifying problems before they become bigger issues.

Experience
Previous experience in one or more of the following would be advantageous:
- Holiday rentals or hospitality
- Property management
- Client or account management
- Customer success
- Guest relations
- Property marketing
- Sales or business development
- Onboarding or project coordination
Experience within the holiday rental or property industry would be highly beneficial, but the right personality, attitude and ability to build relationships are equally important to us.
Essential Requirements
- Full driving licence — essential.
- Based in the Marbella area or within an easily commutable distance of San Pedro de Alcántara.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Confident using computers and standard office/online systems.
- Fluent English.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays when required.
- Comfortable travelling between properties across the area from Estepona to Elviria.
Desirable
- Own car — preferred but not essential.
- Previous experience in holiday rentals, hospitality, property or a similar client-facing role.
- Knowledge of the Marbella and Costa del Sol area.
- Additional languages, particularly Spanish, would be advantageous.
Working Hours & Flexibility
This is a full-time, permanent position based primarily from our office in San Pedro de Alcántara, with regular travel to properties across the area.
Due to the nature of the holiday rental industry, flexibility is essential. The role will sometimes require work outside standard office hours, including evenings, weekends and Spanish bank holidays, particularly during busy periods or when guest and owner needs require attention.
The successful candidate must be comfortable with this flexibility and understand that the holiday rental industry operates around the needs of our guests and owners.
