Project Manager (Client-Facing)
About the Role
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and manage client-facing technical projects within IQVIA's clinical research technology portfolio. This role requires strong project ownership, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to coordinate complex activities across global teams.
Desired Experience & Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2-3+ years of project management experience.
- Proven experience owning and leading projects, rather than solely coordinating tasks.
- Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills.
- The ability to effectively manage competing priorities and proactively identify and escalate risks.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Experience in clinical research, healthcare, or a related industry is preferred, but not required.
Project Overview
Clinical trial projects are managed through two key phases:
1. Start-Up Phase
The initial implementation and study set-up stage.
2. Maintenance Phase
This position supports the Maintenance Phase, where Project Managers oversee ongoing study operations and client deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing study amendments and change requests
- Activating new study sites
- Supporting user access requests
- Coordinating additional training requirements
- Leading client and project status meetings
- Managing study closeout activities within the system
Project Portfolio & Scope
Project Managers typically oversee a diverse portfolio of studies and are responsible for:
- Managing up to 8-9 projects, depending on project size and complexity.
- Supporting multinational studies involving multiple countries, languages, sites, timelines, and regulatory documentation requirements.
- Collaborating with study teams located across the EU and US, requiring effective coordination across multiple time zones.
- Primarily working within European business hours while maintaining flexibility to support global stakeholders when necessary.
Technology You'll Support
This role supports Complete Consent (eConsent), IQVIA's electronic informed consent platform used in clinical trials to enhance patient engagement, compliance, and study efficiency.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is zł124,000.00 - zł230,300.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
