We are looking for a self-driven full-time Piccoline (m/f) to support our administration team in Vejle with a variety of tasks. The position is vacant for 1 year from January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2027. Given the focus on service and practical support, the ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and service-minded.How You’ll Make an Impact* 100% Administrative & Coordination Support

• Provide general day-to-day administrative support to the employees at the Vejle location
• Manage team correspondence by replying to emails and covering shared inboxes as well as covering the front desk
• Creating travel bookings and travel expenses for employees
• Handling of fleet cars (procurement, booking, cleaning, and wheel changes)
• Keep meeting rooms and copy rooms in order
• Lending of security equipment (PPE)
• Large print support for meetings/conferences
• Being present in the office Monday to Friday (remote work only possible in special situations)
