Location: Priority 1: Hybrid setup with a minimum of 3 days per week in the Copenhagen office, Denmark. Priority 2: Remote setup from the EU, EEA, or the UK.
Schedule: 1 FTE (40 hours/week)
12-month contract with a high possibility of extension.

What you'll be doing
Our client is one of the largest financial institutions in the Nordic region, supporting tens of thousands of end users across a complex enterprise environment. We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join the Identity and Access requirements for the Generative AI Foundation team.
How you'll spend your day
- Document business, security, compliance, and data-access requirements for generative AI and agentic AI use cases.
- Work with security, architecture, data, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into implementable controls and acceptance criteria.
- Help to define access-control policies for data, prompts, model outputs, APIs, and automated actions, including least-privilege and segregation-ofduties requirements.
- Support governance and delivery by maintaining requirements of traceability, facilitating workshops, and validating that the proposed solutions meet business and risk objectives.
- Create high-quality technical documentation.
- Create SOPs, one-pagers, handbooks, user guides, templates.
- Collaborate and engage with the Projects team and related functions to build end-to-end high-quality documentation.
- Collaboration on preparation of training materials.
- Create and support Confluence documentation repository.
- Create, link and support tasks in Jira.
You'll be successful if you have
- Knowledge and experience in collecting, analysing, and documenting the Business requirements in cybersecurity areas (Identity and Access Management).
- Professional experience in the financial sector: Banking, IT solutions, Business, and IT Security.
- Research and analysis skills.
- Experience in creating materials for knowledge sharing and info sessions.
- A solution-oriented, analytical mindset, and you thrive on working with complex end-to-end solutions and processes.
- A collaborative person who has excellent communication skills and has worked with both on-site and off-site development teams.
- Fluent in the English language verbally and in writing.
