Training Coordinator, Tilburg

What to Expect The Tesla Service Manufacturing Training Team is looking for a motivated and energetic Training Coordinator that will be responsible for coordinating and conducting various trainings, and for the various tasks that come with onboarding. The Training Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring all employees on the work floor are properly trained, certified, and tracked. The Training Coordinator will also be responsible for training the Tesla standard for teaching to Workstation Trainers, and giving real time coaching and feedback to ensure they are using the 4P methodology and not leaving trainees alone before certification.

What You'll Do* Host onboarding sessions, including presenting and arranging required resources

• Coordinate core skill trainings to meet the needs of both students and other stakeholders
• Work collaboratively with Tesla onboarding team to ensure a smooth transition into Tesla
• Ensure groups are allocated properly to their respective supervisors after hiring
• Conduct Workstation Trainer workshops to properly train/certify new trainers
• Support any required administration related to training and/or certification
• Be a spokesperson for conducting safe, meaningful trainings based on SPARC
• Ensure all training is tracked in the appropriate systems
• Provide periodic reports to leadership on training progress and gaps
• Celebrate new certifications with the team via standups and/or other communication

What You'll Bring* 1+ year experience in a manufacturing environment on the line

• Training experience, especially in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to present, listen, encourage and motivate is a requirement
• Must be willing to support multiple shifts with rotating schedule
• Must have strong organizational skills to maintain schedules and deadlines
• Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively
• Open collaborative style: ability to work both in a team environment and autonomously with minimal supervision or direction
• Ability to communicate professionally in all levels in the local organization
