This position is based in Roskilde or Warsaw. You will join the Pension team within the Mortgage & Pension domain. The team works closely with customers to maintain, improve and support pension solutions that are critical to daily operations.
As a business analyst, you will collaborate with customers, the Product Owner and developers to ensure that solutions remain stable and aligned with business needs. You will also contribute to support activities, testing and continuous improvement. Your direct manager will be Michał Cydzik.
Primary tasks and responsibilities include:
- Clarify and align customer expectations and requirements in collaboration with the Product Owner.
- Translate business requirements into development tasks in close collaboration with developers.
- Refine solutions within the team and contribute business input to planning and estimation.
- Use analytical and critical thinking to identify limitations, dependencies and obstacles and proactively suggest viable alternatives.
- Drive projects through ongoing clarification, coordination and stakeholder alignment.
- Plan and execute tests to ensure that solutions deliver value to end users.
- Handle incoming first- and second-level customer support and contribute to maintenance and incident handling together with your colleagues.
To succeed you will have:
- Experience from a financial institution, preferably combined with knowledge of pension products and processes.
- An interest in understanding the technical aspects of our solutions.
- The ability to communicate professionally with stakeholders at different levels and apply your knowledge in practice.
- A curious, self-driven and ambitious approach.
- A structured way of working and strong attention to detail.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement for yourself and the team.
- The ability to remain calm, maintain focus and take ownership when facing challenges.
- A collaborative approach and respect for colleagues’ views and contributions.
- The ability to interact in both Danish and English in your daily work.
It's nice-to-have:
- Knowledge of BEC systems.
- An interest in understanding the technical design, capabilities and limitations of IT solutions.
- Experience from a regulated and business-critical environment.
