Specification Specialist

Your activities

In this role you will play a key role in maintaining and continuously improving our specifications database, the backbone of our product development and manufacturing processes. Together with a team of dedicated specialists, you will ensure that critical product information is accurate, complete, and always up to date.

You will work closely with colleagues across the business, as well as with suppliers and our international network of production sites. No two days are the same: one moment you are gathering and validating technical information, and the next you are coordinating with stakeholders to ensure specifications meet the highest quality standards.

With more than 1000 specifications covering raw materials, ingredients, packaging materials, finished products, and outsourced productions, your work directly contributes to the quality, compliance, and success of products that are trusted by families around the world. Last but not least, in this role you will collaborate with colleagues across the organization, as well as suppliers and our international network of production sites.

Ausnutria is a professional, fast-growing, and internationally operating dairy company. In the Netherlands, we employ more than 800 colleagues across our production sites in Kampen, Leeuwarden, and Heerenveen, as well as at our headquarters in Zwolle. Through our own brand Kabrita, based on goat milk, we provide parents around the world with high-quality infant and toddler nutrition. You are the fit if

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology or another relevant scientific field, such as Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Biology;
• Strong attention to detail and a highly accurate way of working;
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple disciplines;
• Affinity with computer systems, databases, and document management;
• Fluent English communication skills; Dutch is a plus;
• Genuine interest in contributing to products made for a vulnerable and important target group;
• Experience within the food, dairy, and/or infant nutrition industry is a plus and helps in understanding product specifications.

• A salary between €3.600,00 and €5.000,00 gross per month (based on a fulltime workweek), depending on your knowledge and experience;
