Key about your role As a Product Manager in Keylane you are accountable for delivering sustainable value to customers and the business. You own the why, the what, and the where next — setting the direction for our products and making the strategic choices that keep us ahead. You will be a part of our Product Management team and will work closely with our customers and professional service consultants to refine and develop requirements and new work processes. You will document and collaborate with all stakeholders and define product roadmaps. You will also work closely with the Product Owners and the Feature Teams, the Cluster Managers and Developers to make sure our products continue to be the leading solutions in the financial market. Together with your colleagues you will solve challenges such as business analysis, strategy and vision defining the standard product. You will formulate strategic themes, refine epics and define the product roadmap.
As a Product Manager you will work across the Keylane Product Portfolio and align product strategy and balance investments in all products. You will work closely together with all Product Owners and clients to plan and coordinate dependencies between products.
We are internationalizing our policy administration system, Plexus, which introduces an international work environment with close cooperation with our colleagues in other countries. It is essential that you emphasize business understanding, are willing to both listen to and discuss the different challenges and solutions in a professional manner.
In the role as Product Manager, you will have an important influence on the development of all products in the Keylane Industry Platform for Pensions, with great possibilities for further growth. You will be handling interesting business challenges and be in the front line of our further internationalization.
Responsibilities:
- Carry line management responsibility for a team of Product Owners and Project Managers, including goal-setting, performance development and day-to-day people leadership.
- Conducting market research and customer feedback to identify problems and opportunities in the Life and Pension domain.
- Together with other members of the Product Management team, lead the setting of product vision, objectives and differentiation choices across all products, owning the strategic direction and making trade-offs between customer, strategic and technical demand explicit.
- Managing stakeholders and representatives of the delivery organisation and our customers on a product content level, including roadmap presentations at user client forum.
- Own product direction and roadmap sequencing, taking customer wishes, obligations, commitments and internal improvements into account. You have decision rights on investment and initiative-level scope, and are accountable for making trade-offs across customer, strategic and technical demand.
- Steer product lifecycle choices — deciding what to build, maintain or retire — and monitor business impact to ensure our products remain commercially healthy and technically sound. Together with the Product Owners ensure that all feature teams have a prioritized backlog with business enhancements and that all teams continuously improve effectiveness and efficiency.

- Customer adoption, satisfaction and retention across the Keylane product portfolio.
- A credible, strategically-grounded roadmap that is delivered reliably and trusted by stakeholders.
- Commercial, quality and lifecycle health of the products — with a clear view of what we build, maintain and retire.
Key about your team We are a group of 14 highly dedicated Product Owners and Product Managers, working from Netherland, Denmark and India, who are cooperative and eager to do the best for our clients. We are Translating customer wishes, market initiatives and customer contractual obligations into product priorities.

Requirements

Experience with the financial sector is essential to be able to drive the development of complex and business-critical systems.
We think it is important that you:
- Have comprehensive experience with Life and Pension Products from industry jobs and/or have a theoretical background with an actuarial education.
- Knowledge of the Life and Pension market, primarily in Denmark, regarding regulations and customer needs.
- Have experience with prioritizing tasks and scope, preferable experience with Product Management.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively, and to solve complex problems.
- Have drive and energy to continuously improve.
- Have great sense of responsibility.
- Are Commercially savvy.
- Have excellent command in English, where you feel comfortable with stakeholder management on all levels of our organization.

- Salary: For this role, the Monthly Base Salary ranges from 70.000 – 85.000 (DKK), corresponding to the level of the position. The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
