As our HR Specialist, you will help ensure that our people operations run smoothly, accurately, and compliantly while delivering a great employee experience. You will be the go-to person for many day-to-day P&C processes, supporting managers and employees throughout the employee lifecycle. From onboarding and payroll administration to recruitment, contract management, and P&C reporting, you will play an important role in keeping our people operations efficient and reliable. We're looking for someone who enjoys creating structure, pays attention to the smallest details, and takes pride in getting things right. Equally important, you're curious and eager to grow. You don't need to know everything today, but you should be excited to learn, take ownership of new challenges, and continuously develop your P&C expertise.#### What You'll Achieve
- Provide first-line P&C support and advice to employees and managers across a wide range of people topics.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, contract changes, leave administration, and offboarding to name a few.
- Coordinate monthly payroll processes, ensuring all employee changes, salary adjustments, benefits, and other mutations are accurately prepared and shared with our payroll provider.
- Support with recruitment, from sourcing and interviewing to offer management and onboarding.
- Ensure P&C documentation, policies, employee files, and workflows are complete, accurate, and compliant
- Support performance management, engagement initiatives, and other P&C programs
- Use P&C metrics and analytics to support data-driven decisions.
- Continuously improve P&C policies, processes, and the overall employee experience.

What You Bring
- 3-6 years of HR Generalist, HR Operations, or HR Administration experience.
- Experience across the full employee lifecycle.
- Knowledge of P&C best practices and employee relations.
- Experience preparing payroll mutations or supporting payroll administration.
- Recruitment experience and partnership with hiring managers.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Fluent in English.

- Knowledge of compensation benchmarking and benefits administration.
- Dutch language skills.
