Intact, the world’s leading software provider for the Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) industry, is turning its highly configurable legacy system into a modern, modular, API-first platform. We’re looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to build the platform foundation for the next generation of our product.

You’ll own the product direction for shared capabilities like identity and access, APIs and integrations, search, notifications, localization and feature management. This isn’t an infrastructure project-management role. You’ll treat the platform as a product for customers, partners, developers and our own Product and Engineering teams, and you’ll make deliberate trade-offs so every investment creates measurable leverage.

Are you ready?

• Define and evolve the product strategy and roadmap for Intact’s shared platform capabilities
• Decide which capabilities are solved centrally and which stay within product domains
• Build reusable capabilities that help product squads deliver faster, more independently and more consistently
• Own the product direction for APIs, webhooks, integrations and developer experience
• Turn recurring integration needs into scalable products instead of customer-specific development
• Understand the needs of domain squads, customers, partners, implementation teams and external developers
• Prioritize platform investments by customer value, leverage, architectural fit, risk and opportunity cost
• Shape clear interfaces that reduce dependencies between teams, and make deliberate build, buy and partner decisions
• Work closely with Engineering to make sure modern and legacy capabilities can coexist during our progressive modernization
• Define how adoption, reliability and developer experience are measured, and say no to work that doesn’t justify its cost

Are you the ONE?

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in complex B2B SaaS, enterprise software or platform products
• Experience owning a technical or horizontal product used by multiple teams, including strategy and roadmaps for APIs, integrations or developer-facing products
• Strong discovery and prioritization skills: you can tell systemic needs from one-off requests
• A track record of shipping meaningful capabilities and measuring their adoption and impact
• Experience working closely with senior engineers on technically complex products
• Comfortable discussing REST APIs, webhooks, authentication and permission models, events and messaging, multi-tenancy, cloud architectures and legacy modernization (no production code required)
• Able to read architecture diagrams, challenge assumptions and reason about technical trade-offs
• Strong product judgment, systems thinking and the confidence to decide with incomplete information
• Clear communicator who influences without formal authority
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
