Supply Chain Planner
Trioworld · Nyborg, Denmark
You apply off-site, with the employer or the job board. I never handle applications.
Are you motivated by improving flow, working with data and processes, and turning analysis into real improvements across the supply chain?
As Supply Chain Planner, you will play an important role in developing our approach to planning, inventory and warehouse operations.
One of your first priorities will be to help take our warehouse function to the next level. This means using data to understand current performance, identifying where we can improve and driving those improvements through to implementation. Alongside this, you will develop your expertise in production planning and gradually take on broader responsibility in this area.
We are looking for someone who combines an analytical mindset with the ability to get things moving. You are curious, structured and comfortable taking ownership, involving the right people and following through to ensure new ways of working become part of everyday operations
About the role
You will become part of our Supply Chain team and work closely with colleagues across Production, Customer Service, Sales, Purchasing and Quality. Your role will give you a broad view of the supply chain and a direct impact on how we plan, prioritise and improve our operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving improvements across our warehouse function by analysing performance, identifying opportunities and turning them into new ways of working
- Planning warehouse capacity and activities to support efficient inbound and outbound flows and maintain high stock accuracy
- Planning and coordinating released new product introductions and trial runs
- Creating and continuously adjusting production plans to balance demand, capacity and supply, including releasing and following up on production orders
- Managing inventory levels to support customer demand while reducsing excess, slow-moving and non-moving stock
- Maintaining accurate planning and master data in our ERP system and contributing to strong OTIF performance and stable production plans
- Leading and contributing to projects and continuous improvement initiatives across Operations
The role requires you to balance day-to-day priorities with longer-term improvements. You will work independently within your area while collaborating closely with colleagues across the business to keep plans realistic and improvements moving forward.
Your profile
You have a relevant educational background in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Production Technology, or a similar field. You may already have experience within supply chain, production planning, scheduling, or inventory management, but we are more interested in what you can bring to the role than a specific number of years on your CV.
To succeed in the role, we believe you:
- Have a strong analytical mindset and are comfortable using data to understand challenges and make decisions
- Take ownership and have the drive to move initiatives from analysis and ideas through to implementation
- Work in a structured way and are able to maintain an overview when priorities and plans change
- Have strong project management skills and know how to create progress, involve the right people and follow through
- Communicate well and are comfortable working with different people and functions across the organisation
- Are curious and willing to question existing ways of working when you see an opportunity to improve
Experience with ERP or MRP systems and strong Excel skills will be an advantage. Knowledge within Power BI, automation or AI tools is also considered a plus.
What we offer
