Role Purpose
Act as a Group Controller ensuring accurate financial planning, reporting, and performance management across the organization. The position supports strategic decision-making by driving budgeting and forecasting processes, delivering insightful financial analyses, enhancing reporting and business intelligence solutions, and partnering with management and international subsidiaries to improve financial transparency, operational efficiency, and business performance.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process at Group level, working closely with regional organizations, country subsidiaries, and corporate functions to ensure alignment with strategic and financial objectives.
- Prepare, analyze, and interpret monthly management reports, while continuously enhancing reporting standards and ensuring a high level of data quality and consistency across the Group.
- Drive the optimization, harmonization, and standardization of Group Finance processes across Controlling, Accounting, and Finance functions. Actively contribute to cross-functional and international projects.
- Perform variance analyses, ad hoc financial evaluations, and prepare high-quality presentations for management, executive committees, and board meetings.
- Act as a proactive challenger, trusted sparring partner, and business partner to management, executives, regional organizations, and functional departments, supporting decision-making through financial insights and business analysis.
- Serve as the key contact for international subsidiaries on all finance-related matters, particularly reporting and consolidation topics. Ensure data integrity and provide meaningful financial analyses to support business performance.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or Business Informatics, combined with at least two years of professional experience in Corporate Controlling, ideally within an international organization operating in a project-driven or service-oriented environment.
- Strong proficiency in financial and reporting tools, including Excel, PowerPoint and basics in SQL, with a strong interest in digitalization, reporting systems, and business intelligence solutions.
- Advanced Power BI expertise, including design, development, administration, and continuous enhancement of dashboards and reporting environments.
- Solid knowledge of IFRS, particularly IFRS 15 and IFRS 16, as well as a sound understanding of financial statements and consolidation principles.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to prepare high-quality reports and presentations for Executive Management, Supervisory Boards, and external stakeholders.
- International mindset with strong intercultural awareness and excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
