The role of Calibration Engineer will be based in our location in Lublin, Poland
Responsibilities
Analyze system performance (software, hardware, mechanics).
Plan and execute tuning and validation activities.
Conduct lab tests and support on-vehicle testing (including test trips).
Ensure requirements are fully covered and traceable.
Prepare clear reports with test and validation results.
Identify and document system issues (CAR reports).
Manage calibration data and documentation.
Support system launches and troubleshoots issues on-site.
Maintain tuning guidelines and validation methods.
Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing.
Profile
Master’s degree in Mechatronics, Physics, Energy, or related field.
~3 years of experience in testing or mechatronics.
Strong understanding of system analysis and validation.
Basic knowledge of coding and Model-Based Design (MBD).
Autonomous, analytical, and solution oriented.
Fluent in English (French is a plus).
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Experience with MathWorks tools (MATLAB & Simulink) is advantage.
Experience with Vector tools (CANape & vCDM Studio) is advantage.
