Are you a strategic thinker who sees beyond the CAD drawings? We are looking for an Engineering Manager | Drive Innovation & Technical Excellence who lives and breathes optimization. Your goal is simple but ambitious: identify and implement the most cost-effective technical solutions to fuel our revenue growth and sharpen our competitive edge.
What You’ll Own:
- The Roadmap: You’ll develop and execute our technology roadmap, ensuring our processes are not just current, but future-proof.
- Cost & Quality Leadership: From searching the market for cutting-edge tech to supporting customers via Design for Manufacturing (DFM), you ensure we deliver high quality at the best possible price.
- Project Excellence: You’ll lead new projects from the quoting stage to final implementation—on time, on budget, and on point.
- Continuous Improvement: Using your Six Sigma expertise, you will standardize manufacturing processes to boost safety and slash production costs.
- Daily Support: You are the backbone of production, providing technical leadership to keep our lines running flawlessly.
Who You Are:
- An Experienced Leader: You have 10+ years in cable manufacturing, electronics, or high-level assembly.
- A Certified Expert: You hold a Six Sigma Green/Black Belt and have a proven track record in labor cost optimization and scrap reduction.
- A People Developer: You don’t just manage; you coach and mentor. You’ve built and scaled engineering organizations before.
- Automation Enthusiast: You have a passion for process automation and finding “the better way.”

We measure success by results. You will be directly responsible for Safety, Customer Satisfaction (PPM), Labor Cost Optimization, and the flawless execution of New Project Launches.
