What you'll do?
- You will provide reactive support across multiple channels, with a focus on troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently;
- Supporting customers with billing and invoicing matters;
- Troubleshooting account access issues;
- Guiding, supporting, and training customers on the use of the client's products;
- Delivering high-quality service that exceeds client expectations and quality scoring measures;
- Providing timely, useful responses to customers.
Requirements:
- English: C2 level - mandatory;
- experience in tech support;
- Strong written communication skills;
- Good analytical and critical-thinking abilities;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Ability to work with complex guidelines and confidential information;
- be able to work on site, at Lisbon.
What’s offered?
- Contract: 6 months renewable;
- Schedule: 24/7 rotational shifts, from 7 AM to 10 PM, Monday–Sunday with 2 rotating days off per week;
- Base salary: €1094.34 gross/month, paid over 12 months;
- Bonus: variable up to €200/month, paid over 11 months;
- Meal allowance: €7,00 net per working day;
- Health insurance: available from Day 1 upon monthly payment, provided you already have a Portuguese NIF and NISS.
