Project Assistant– SSO Application Onboarding

Responsibilities:

Take end-to-end ownership of the SSO Application Onboarding track
Plan, coordinate and drive delivery activities across involved teams
Ensure appropriate governance and adherence to agreed processes and standards
Align stakeholders and coordinate activities between DevOps, onboarding teams and other relevant parties
Monitor progress, dependencies, risks and issues, and drive mitigation actions
Ensure timely escalation of delivery risks and blockers
Support preparation of senior management reports, status updates and decision-making materials
Drive change management activities and ensure effective communication across stakeholders
Maintain a structured and transparent approach to execution and delivery

Requirements:

Proven Project Management experience within large-scale IT environments, preferably in banking or financial services
Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
Exposure to SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) or similar Identity & Access Management solutions
Practical experience with Jira
Strong executive reporting and senior management communication skills
Ability to manage risks, dependencies and governance requirements
Structured, proactive and delivery-focused mindset
Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
