- Drive cross-functional collaboration processes, ensuring seamless communication and teamwork across departments.
- Contribute to IT and digitalization initiatives, enhancing departmental processes and tools for greater efficiency.

What You Bring
- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in business administration, data science, engineering, or a related field.
- Your analytical and strategic mindset enables you to perform various analyses and extract meaningful outcomes.
- You are detail-oriented, structured, and proactive, thriving both independently and in collaborative environments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills allow you to connect with colleagues across the organization effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential; familiarity with IT and digitalization tools like PowerApps and Power BI is a plus.
About the Team
The Marine Operations Management team plans, prepares and manages vessels for installation and completion of Offshore Wind Parks worldwide. Therefor the team is part of the Construction Management Team and ensures operational excellence and reliability of the vessels together with shipowners.
