Currently, within our Global Design Center with offices in Kraków and Warsaw, we are expanding the Digital Delivery Team and are looking for professionals for the position of AutoCAD Administrator**.**
Responsibilities:
- Supporting engineering and design teams in the effective use of AutoCAD and related CAD applications,
- Managing installation, configuration, maintenance, and upgrades of AutoCAD environments,
- Developing, maintaining, and enforcing CAD standards, templates, libraries, and best practices,
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for CAD-related issues,
- Performing quality control checks regarding CAD standards and drawing compliance,
- Supporting CAD data management, file structures, naming conventions, and document control processes,
- Developing and implementing CAD customizations, automations, and workflow improvements,
- Supporting integrations between CAD platforms and other engineering systems (e.g. Autodesk Vault, ACC, BIM platforms),
- Delivering user training and preparing technical documentation and user guides,
- Cooperating with engineers, designers, project teams, IT teams, and external stakeholders,
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and consistency across projects,
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with multiple deadlines.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, or a related technical discipline,
- Fluent English, written and spoken,
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in AutoCAD administration, design support, or CAD management roles,
- Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD configuration, customization, and standards management,
- Strong understanding of CAD workflows, drawing production, and quality assurance processes,
- Experience with CAD deployment, licensing, and user support activities,
- Knowledge of AutoLISP, VBA, .NET, Python, or other CAD automation tools is an advantage,
- Familiarity with Autodesk ecosystem applications such as Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, or Autodesk Vault,
- Familiar with Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms and document management systems,
- Experience supporting BIM workflows or digital delivery environments will be considered an advantage,
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills,
- An understanding of multidisciplinary engineering and design workflows,
- Team player with the ability to work independently when required.
