Your role

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional drinks and delivering memorable guest experiences through outstanding service, creativity, and attention to detail. You will bring energy and personality to the bar, ensuring every guest enjoys a unique and elevated experience.

You will play a key role in creating the vibrant atmosphere that defines Nômade.

What you will do:

• Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, wines, and other beverages according to company standards
• Deliver exceptional guest service and create memorable interactions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area
• Ensure consistency in drink preparation and presentation
• Recommend beverages and provide product knowledge to guests
• Monitor inventory levels and support stock control procedures
• Follow hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards
• Collaborate with the bar and F&B teams to ensure smooth operations
• Contribute to the atmosphere and guest experience through professionalism and creativity

Who we’re looking for:

• Passionate bartender with a strong interest in mixology and hospitality
• Previous experience in bars, restaurants, beach clubs, or hotels
• Positive, energetic, and guest-focused personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Team player with a proactive attitude

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Bartender or similar role
• Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverage service
• Understanding of bar operations and service standards
• Fluent English (Spanish is a plus)
• Valid work permit for the EU / Spain
