Operations Manager
Hyatt Place Amsterdam Airport is looking for an Operations Manager
As Operations Manager, you are part of the Management Team, reporting directly to the General Manager. You coach and supervise the Head of Departments, Assistant Managers, Supervisors and the rest of the team to ensure all operations are according to brand standards.
Long story short, you have a caring attitude and you are ready to go the extra mile for creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for the complete Operational Departments (Front Office / F&B / Kitchen / Housekeeping)
- You do your utmost to maximize revenue in the most profitable way in line with the set targets
- You are responsible for the yearly business plan and budgets of your departments, involving your department heads as appropriate
- You will establish and maintain strong relationships with all parties (e.g. suppliers/clients) and continuously explore new opportunities
- You monitor and evaluate local, national, international trends and competition to make sure we can offer all our guests and clients what they need

Qualifications
- You have great language skills in English and preferably in Dutch as well
- You have at least two years of work experience as Rooms Division Manager, F&B Manager or Operations Manager
- You have great computer skills and preferably PMS system knowledge as well (e.g. OPERA)
- You are pro-active, customer focused, result driven and able to motivate the team to exceed the guest expectations
- You are eligible to work in the Netherlands
- You thrive through the buzz od working in a dynamic team and in a great hotel

- BHV
- Familiar with Micros and/or Opera
