Platform Engineer

At DAC.digital, we are constantly growing our business, and as part of that growth we are strengthening our partnership with a fast-growing client specializing in cloud computing, digital infrastructure, and innovative data platform solutions, providing scalable and secure technologies that support modern enterprise workloads and enable organizations to build and operate cloud-native applications and services.

Key information:

Salary:

• 25 000 – 30 000 PLN net/month – pure B2B contract
• 22 000 – 26 000 PLN net/month – B2B contract (days off included) It is vital that you have:

---

• extensive experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Data Platform Engineering;
• hands-on experience with Apache Airflow, Jupyter Notebooks / JupyterHub, and Kubernetes;
• strong Python skills, particularly for APIs and automation;
• practical experience with ArgoCD and Helm;
• proven experience in designing, operating, and troubleshooting production data and analytics platforms;
• strong problem-solving skills and the ability to independently analyze and resolve complex platform challenges;
• a high degree of autonomy and a strong hands-on approach;
• experience with development and operations of the tools and platforms you work with;
• availability for occasional business trips to Germany;
• fluent English (C1).

We will be more than happy if you have:

• Dremio (administration, operations, and development);
• experience with modern data platform and cloud environments;
• knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and GitOps concepts.

Technology stack**:**

• Apache Airflow, including development and operation of DAGs;
• Jupyter Notebooks / JupyterHub (development and operations);
• Kubernetes operational expertise;
• Python, particularly for APIs and automation;
• ArgoCD;
• Helm. You will be responsible for supporting our team in:

• designing, developing, operating, and troubleshooting data and analytics platforms;
• developing and operating Apache Airflow, including DAGs;
• developing and operating Jupyter Notebooks / JupyterHub environments;
• operating and troubleshooting Kubernetes-based environments;
• developing Python-based APIs and automation solutions;
• managing deployments with ArgoCD and Helm;
• analyzing, resolving, and optimizing complex platform environments independently;
