At Q-tech, we are currently looking for a Junior Project Manager (Vulnerability & Exposure Management) to join an international technology-driven environment and play a key role in delivering high-impact digital products.
This position is ideal for a professional passionate about Agile delivery, project execution, and cross-functional collaboration, acting as the bridge between Product and Engineering teams. You will take full ownership of delivery execution, ensuring that roadmap priorities are transformed into successful releases and business outcomes.
What will you do?
- Own the execution of quarterly objectives and sprint deliveries aligned with the product roadmap.
- Lead all Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, refinements, and retrospectives.
- Break down epics and feature requests into clear and actionable Jira tickets, ensuring proper prioritization and execution.
- Proactively identify, communicate, and mitigate risks, delays, and blockers.
- Own and maintain product documentation, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all project phases.
- Manage the release and versioning process, guaranteeing that all releases are properly documented and communicated.
- Use SQL and data model analysis to investigate bugs, validate issues, and improve data quality.
- Act as the operational link between product strategy and engineering delivery, driving initiatives from planning through execution.
- Ensure transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the development lifecycle.
What are we looking for?
- 3+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager, Technical Project Manager, Project Manager, or Scrum Master with hands-on responsibility for sprint execution.
- Proven experience leading Agile teams and successfully delivering projects on time.
- Strong expertise in Jira, including ticket creation, backlog management, sprint planning, and epic decomposition.
- Technical understanding with the ability to write SQL queries and analyze data models to investigate issues and support decision-making.
- Experience managing technical documentation and release management processes.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills in international environments.
- Ability to work autonomously while maintaining alignment with product priorities and strategic objectives.
- Advanced English communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience within Cybersecurity, Security Products, or Infrastructure-related environments.
- Familiarity with software release cycles, including semantic versioning and changelog management.
- Knowledge of Neo4j or other graph databases.
What’s on offer?
- **Salary:**30.000 € - 43.000 €
- Flexible compensation: €2,700 annually to allocate between meal vouchers (up to €200/month) and transport (€25/month).
- Health insurance valued at €546.96 annually (€45.58/month).
- Remote work allowance: €268.92 annually (approx. €22.41/month), added to payroll.
- Wellbeing: reimbursement for sports activities (gym, swimming pool, etc.) up to €300 annually, added to payroll upon invoice submission.
- Hybrid work model: 8 days per month in the office. Flexibility is encouraged; however, as a general rule, the entire team is expected to be in the office on Thursdays.
